I am entering my mid-fifties (54), so I guess you could say that I am getting to the good part. Ha!

I am a small-town girl from Sturgis, Michigan. Shortly after meeting my husband, we bought a house in South Bend, Indiana. (Not far from Notre Dame.) Last year we loaded up our two cars with everything that would fit and moved to the oldest city in the country, St. Augustine, Florida. Life is an adventure!

Absolutely! Our fur baby girl, Charlotte, is a midlife ruby King Charles Cavalier. My girls and I rescued her after she had been surrendered by a breeder for having a few “flaws.” Her imperfections made her perfectly imperfect, just like us.
